Alison Loughlin's regular weekly yoga classes at the Old Red Lion are held at the following times: Monday: 9.30 to 11.00 am; and 7.00 to 8.30 pm Tuesday: 7.30 to 9.00 pm Friday: 9.00 to 10.15 am In addition to regular classes of yoga during the week taken by Alison Loughlin and its Courses for Leisure and Pleasure, The Old Red Lion has pleasure in announcing its Events and Residential Yoga Weekends planned for 2007. This is an opportunity to practice yoga in the beautiful setting of a pretty village in a lovely old house with a light and airy Yoga Studio and the Garden Room. ----- Typical Fees for Residential Weekends and Workshops
Weekend
residential £130.00 in twin or double room, £105.00 shared
accommodation.
Non-residential - all sessions £75.00. The fee includes accommodation, all tuition and meals. To book we require a non-returnable £30 deposit for residents. Cheques payable to Alison Loughlin. Day workshops fees vary. The fee includes tuition, home cooked vegetarian meals and refreshments. To reserve your place, please send a £5 deposit to Alison Loughlin at the Old Red Lion.
